In the second quarter of 2025, the performance of leading communication apps on the Android platform in Spain showed notable trends. According to Sensor Tower, these apps displayed varying patterns in downloads, revenue, and active users.

Telegram experienced a gradual rise in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $21.8K by the end of June. Weekly downloads fluctuated, with a notable dip to around 30.4K in early June before increasing to approximately 40.5K by the end of the quarter. Meanwhile, weekly active users remained stable, averaging around 8.1M.

Azar: Video Chat, Meet Friends demonstrated a steady increase in revenue, reaching about $11.2K by the last week of June. Downloads saw a peak of 28.1K in early May, followed by a decline to around 18.4K by the quarter’s end. Active users showed a strong upward trend, culminating in 115.6K.

Discord - Talk, Play, Hang Out maintained consistent revenue, ending the quarter at approximately $10.7K. Its downloads peaked at 17.6K in the final week, while active users grew steadily to about 1.36M.

Cafe - Live video chat saw an increase in revenue, reaching $4.4K. Downloads rose mid-quarter, peaking at 2.4K, while active users fluctuated, ending at around 1.8K.

Onoff Numbers showed a gradual increase in revenue, peaking at $2.9K by the end of June. Downloads remained low, but active users slightly increased to 100.
